Submit an eNail Claim
We offer a one year warranty on the control box and a six-month warranty on the coil. Both warranties protect against manufacturer defects only and do not apply to normal wear and tear or damage done by improper assembly, use, or maintenance. You must provide the original receipt, confirmation email, or registration information to initiate the claim, and may be required to pay postage fees to return items for testing.
