Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our Yo Dabba Dabba warehouse in Tempe, Arizona via USPS.

How much does shipping cost?

All of our orders ship flat rate via USPS Priority Mail.

How do I track my package?

You will receive a confirmation email once the order is complete, and it will include a tracking number. If you don’t see your confirmation email check your junk mail. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. 

Do you accept Paypal?

We do not accept Paypal at this time.

Do you accept returns?

At Yo Dabba Dabba customer satisfaction is a main priority! If you are not happy with your order please reach out to us via email and we will provide directions on the return process. You can read more about out returns policy here.

Something is missing from my order!

We are sorry to hear that, and will quickly get your missing products shipped to you! Please email us at [email protected] and let us know your order number and missing items.

What if I choose to cancel my order?

Please contact us ASAP via email at [email protected] before the order is shipped and we will refund your payment. 

Where is my order?

Check your tracking number via USPS for updates on shipping. If you did not receive a confirmation email with tracking, please reach out to us at [email protected]

How do I apply a coupon code?

When viewing your order on the Yo Dabba Dabba website, there is an option on the left side of the page that asks “Have A Promotional Code?”. Enter the code and click the ‘Apply Coupon’ button for the discount to be applied to your total.

When will you restock an item?

Although we work to keep all items in stock, sometimes our products sell out fast! Expect to see a restock of popular items within 30 days. 

How do you ship your packages?

We use USPS Priority Mail. 

What if my order breaks during shipping?

Take a photo of your broken merchandise and email the photo to [email protected] and include your name and order number. We will get back to you ASAP on how to return your order for a replacement. 

What if my order is lost after shipping and I don’t receive it?

Unfortunately, once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. Please contact the carrier for assistance in locating the package.
